After we have completed our research, we sit down for a subsequent meeting to discuss loan options, including our tailored recommendation and strategy. We again seek to explain costs, features and any bank lingo that may be new to you, all whilst answering any and all questions that you may have.
Guidance through application and settlement
We manage the application process, providing updates regularly so you always know where the application is up to. We liaise with the other stakeholders in the process such as lawyers, accountants and buyers' agents to make the process as seamless as possible, taking the load off you. This includes explaining all the loan documents and assisting with their execution to ensure nothing misses a beat!
